   thank you for the wonderful experience..I am enjoying the monsoon malabar. It is different from the malabar i was used to in NY, I think it is a different estate perhaps, but still has the earthy under-tones and nutty smooth flavor I love so much. i guess what I am learning is that just like cooking it is the roasters touch which determines the bean’s ultimate taste as well (the same recipie can taste different a bit according to the cooks passion, skill and preperation) the passion for coffee and the art of roasting is obvious with the bean I sampled so far…I am looking forward to tasting the others in this week. thank you again
