Hand labeled 37 bags of Brazil and packed them to go in less than an hour.

Signed the same 540 form 4 times. First time it was rejected because I signed with black ink instead of blue. Then, they put the figures in the wrong fields. Then they forgot to add the contractor’s address. Then, honestly, they forgot to put the State’s address (really). This took three days for one form.

Apparently they do not allow for dimmability?
